1973 AMC Gremlin
This is my first full attempt at texturing an asset. Don’t expect much as its not perfect nor will it ever be. I’m still learning. This is an older model I made when I was just starting out and obviously its not perfect either, nothing I do is perfect. Just be patient, go with the flow, use it or don’t it doesn’t offend me.
Built on the AMC Hornet chassis the Gremlin was AMC’s attempt to compete against the likes of Ford’s Pinto, Chevy’s Vega, and even the Volkswagen Beetle. AMC marketed the Gremlin as ‘the First American built import’. The Gremlin was essentially a Hornet from the doors up with a chopped back end. Very few changes were made to the Gremlin in its almost 10 year run which included headlights, grill, and tail-lights. By the end of its run AMC had produced a rough 670,000 total Gremlins.
Thank the beautiful Blue Thunder for helping me get to this point, teaching me tips and tricks for texturing and uv unwrapping. Without him I wouldn’t be here.
