Azka Modular Parking Lots

Please download all required dependencies – they are needed for this pack to work properly! An explanation of what they are for is later in this description.

Remember to turn on the mod in the Content Manager!

Also please watch the quick video tutorial above on how to use this asset pack and make parking lots correctly.


This pack includes:

1. A mod that makes EV only parkings actually function as EV only parkings and that changes PlacementMode of parking assets to Roadside to fix the grid snapping (as they have PlacementMode set to PathsideOrGround so they don’t have pavement in front, because in some circumstances it would leak to the other side of the road).

2. A set of 5 functional modular parking lots (they are all located in the road tool, in the maintenance tab):
• AMPL P N – Azka Modular Parking Lot Pavement Normal
• AMPL P D – Azka Modular Parking Lot Pavement Disabled
• AMPL P C – Azka Modular Parking Lot Pavement Custom
• AMPL P E – Azka Modular Parking Lot Pavement Electric
• AMPL G – Azka Modular Parking Lot Gravel


Required dependencies:

Optional dependencies:

  • TM:PE 11.9.1.0 STABLE (Traffic Manager: President Edition) with realistic parking turned on is recommended for cims to actually use the parking lots (can also be used to make cars driving out of parking lot give way and to stop pedestrians from crossing the road on intersections with parking access roads).
  • Network Skins is recommended so you can remove excess streetlamps created by close proximity of nodes.
  • Find It 2 is recommended so you can add more detail using included Azka Road Markings.
