K130 Braunschweig Class Corvette
The K130 Braunschweig class is Germany’s newest class of ocean-going corvettes. Five ships have replaced the Gepard-class fast attack craft of the German Navy, with another 5 (Batch 2) craft currently under construction and/or sea trials. They are 89.12 meters (292.5 feet) in length, and displace 1,840 tons. They are consistently ranked as one of the most capable corvettes currently in service worldwide.
