— 这次制作的是日本比较常见的受斜线限制而形成楼顶退台的都市公寓楼，参考原型位于神户市中央区的一栋9层的公寓楼，同时我还做了一个变体方便更多应用场景。后续我会偶尔出一些类似的退台式建筑，包括但不限于公寓楼，办公楼等等。

— This time, the work created is an urban apartment building with a setback structure on the rooftop, a design relatively common in Japan due to slope restrictions. The reference prototype is a 9-story apartment building located in Chuo Ward, Kobe City. Additionally, a variant model has been developed to accommodate more application scenarios. In the future, I will occasionally create more buildings with such setback structures, including but not limited to apartment buildings and office buildings.

— 今回制作したのは、日本で比較的一般的な斜線制限を受けて屋上に段差構造（退台構造）が形成された都市型マンションです。参考原型は神戸市中央区にある 9 階建てのマンション一棟で、同時に多様な応用シーンに対応できるようにバリエーションモデルも制作しました。今後は、マンションに限らずオフィスビルなども含め、このような退台構造の建物を不定期に制作していく予定です。
