Description:

Back in the 60’s, some engineers from Gothemburg thought they were really smart. They apparently had some amazing plan to connect Europaväg 6 and Europaväg 20 to each other. Ok, sounds like a plan, right? Well, they also thought it was a brilliant idea to connect every other road in the vicinity to the interchange aswell, creating this jumbled mess. Oh, and if that wasn’t enough, they had to add traffic lights to the northern approaches, just to make it more unbearable!
…I’m getting far to caught up in this. But seriously, what should have been an easy task to connect up two motorways quickly became one of the worst interchanges in Sweden. Lets see if it’s any better in-game, shall we?

=======================================================================

Advantages:
+ In its purest form it’s a simple three-way Y interchange, with fast ramps for all directions
+ No weaving

Disadvantages:
– Ramps everywhere! The amount of traffic going through this is far too heavy
– Huge for what is supposed to be a three-way interchange
– The priorities are slightly jumbled

If you need proof that Sweden is a highly developed country, then look elswhere… Olskroksmotet is a mess, if you ask me…
