Philippines assets are currently in progress so stay tuned! I’m also playing the map myself, so the assets might have to wait a bit. 😛

Boundaries
– North: Valenzuela
– West: Manila Bay
– East: Antipolo
– South: Paranaque
Highways
NLEX
– Ends at Balintawak-Camachile/EDSA cloverleaf
– Road from the end of NLEX (A. Bonifacio) is up to you
SLEX
– Magallanes interchange (very simple version)
– Extends to Manila area (for the starting tile)
EDSA
– North end: to Monumento
– South end: to Roxas Blvd.
– There’s now space for MRT
Metro Manila Skyway
– This one’s up to you 🙂
Outside Connections
– Highways: NLEX and SLEX
– Plane: Few flight paths from all directions to/from NAIA area
– Ship: From Corregidor to Port of Manila
– Train: PNR
Land
– Fertile lands pretty much on the North, East, and South side of the map, not much near the center
– Ores near Antipolo
– No Oil
Water
– Pasig River from Laguna de Bay to Manila Bay
– Manggahan Floodway
– Omitted (too narrow to be recreated): Marikina River, San Juan River, Tullahan River, etc.

1. LRT and MRT -> Metro (Subway)
– Build your own MRT network, or extend and improve the current and horrible metro lines of Manila
2. PNR
– Extend to east, and/or make it circle around Metro Manila
3. Play it as you wish. Build a better Manila! 🙂
