Black Woods (From The YouTube Series)

This was my very first city and my very first YouTube series.
I wanted to build my very first city in cities skylines, the way the very first players did so I could relive that very first time playing experience. So this was built entirely without any mods or any DLC and I did it all live without any planning.
Blackwoods uses the original Black Woods map, hence the name.
It features experimental ideas including a Train-A-Bout.
You have to use your imagination as my build was limited with what I could use.
It will be a little rough around the edges and I didn’t focus on making traffic perfect, I wanted my traffic to be realistic so the busier the better.
The Highlight is my Mini Manhattan build based on my time growing up in Manhattan. It features Liberty Island, Manhattan, The Bronx, Queens, Brooklyn and of course central Park.
As noted ya’ll have to use a lot of imagination as it was my very first attempt at cities skylines without mods DLC and only nine tiles.
Suggested mods that I used over time just to improve the visuals for screen shots and YouTube.
*Always read the mods description as some will not work with others and the mods I suggest here, many of them are old but they worked with my non DLC non modded game. There are easily newer, better, one fixes all mods you can use instead but as I build my city’s without mods I have little knowledge. But all these worked for me.
**Use the No Abandonment mod if you wish to see how Blackwoods officially looked when I finished it. However its not necessary. I only noticed one original building getting abandoned on a brief check up. So after having a look at the city you can disable it if you wish.
