Detailed Houses Pack #12: Southern France
A pack of 10 detailed houses based on French Houses Set #1, Set #2, French House #1, #3, #4 and Residential House #1 by Gruny, all rights and credits for the models belong to Gruny.
The houses were originally created without any props or trees. I detailed them and uploaded the detailed houses to the workshop.

If you don’t subscribe to the props, don’t get this pack, use the original houses by Gruny that are linked above.
What’s included:
- 10 growable low residential assets
- Levels 3, 4, 5
- Highly detailed
- Sizes are 2×3, 2X4 and 3X4
- All houses have a functional parking space
- Some roofs can be colored with the "Repaint" mod
To plop them manually:
"Find It" -> "french house" or "detailed house"
I recommend plopping manually because the houses are set as "Historical Buildings" (by the RICO mod), and will not get replaced when the house level changes.
