Дом челышева (Состоит из 2х частей, это правое крыло);
Этот трехэтажный дом был построен еще в 1899 году по проекту известного самарского архитектора А.А. Щербачева, протянулся он на целый квартал и определяет облик этой улицы. Доходный дом Челышева был построен на месте Тюремного замка. Здание построено в «кирпичном» русском стиле.

This three-storey house was built back in 1899 according to the project of the famous Samara architect A.A. Shcherbachev, it stretches for a whole block and defines the appearance of this street. Chelyshev’s apartment building was built on the site of the Prison Castle. The building was built in the "brick" Russian style.
