中之島フェスティバルタワー（Nakanoshima Festival Tower，中之岛节日大厦） by 听风说雨

大阪中之岛节日大厦矗立于日本大阪市北区的中之岛地区，是一座集办公、文化与商业于一体的超高层地标建筑。该大厦于2012年竣工，楼高200米，地上共39层，由著名的日建设计（Nikken Sekkei）负责设计。建筑外观极具特色，低层部分保留了原址旧大厦经典的红砖风格与浮雕元素，旨在致敬历史；中高层则转换为现代感十足的玻璃幕墙，整体呈现出一种新旧交融的典雅美感。
为了最好的适应天际线，我对原建筑进行了一定的修改，整体还原度比较高，如果你喜欢我的作品，请不要吝啬你的点赞，谢谢！

Nakanoshima Festival Tower Standing in the Nakanoshima district of Kita-ku, Osaka, the Nakanoshima Festival Tower is a landmark skyscraper integrating office, cultural, and commercial facilities. Completed in 2012, this 200-meter tower comprises 39 floors above ground and was designed by the renowned firm Nikken Sekkei.The building’s exterior is distinctive: the lower levels preserve the classic red brick style and relief elements of the original building as a tribute to history, while the upper levels feature a modern glass curtain wall, creating an elegant fusion of the old and the new.
To better fit the skyline, I have made some slight modifications to the original architecture, but the overall recreation remains highly faithful to reality. If you like my work, please give it a thumbs up/rate it. Thank you!

中之島フェスティバルタワー 大阪市北区中之島に位置する「中之島フェスティバルタワー」は、オフィス、文化、商業機能を集約した超高層ランドマークです。2012年に竣工したこのビルは、高さ200メートル、地上39階建てで、著名な日建設計が設計を手がけました。外観は非常に特徴的です。低層部は旧ビルのクラシックな赤レンガ様式とレリーフ（浮き彫り）を継承して歴史に敬意を払い、中高層部は現代的なガラスのカーテンウォールへと変化し、新旧が融合した優雅な美しさを演出しています。
