My first asset.
I have a thing for colonial and maritime architecture of Northeastern USA and this is my take on it. The model is grungy and rough as it is supposed to represent a building of Levels 1 and 2 – plan is to make nicer variants for levels 3-5. Hopefully more assets like this one to come in the near future.
