Philippine Navy BRP Miguel Malvar guided missile frigate, model and texture by WTigerTw, commissioned by
Aevan.GitGud. BRP Miguel Malvar is the latest guided missile frigate built by South Korea HD Hyundai for the Philippine Navy for its navy modernization program. It is a 3000 ton class missile frigate with anti-air missile (VL MICAx16 in VLS), anti-ship missile (C-STAR SS-710K x8), 1x OTO-76 gun, 1x Aselsan CIWS, and 2 RHIBs. The design can be regarded as the derivative from ROKN FFX program, and shows some similarity to ROKN Daegu-class frigate. It is the most advanced warship operated by Phlippine Navy at the current time.
