Underground highway X intersection at level -2 and -3, allowing metro at level -1.

– Flattened terrain is highly recommended when using underground intersections, it hardly work well with hills.
– Rebuilding some segment could sometime be painfull (especially when for some reason it sometime modify the terrain and underground aspect of the said segment) , click wisely when connecting, removing some part.
