Description:

Halfs the maintenance cost
– of everythings in section "Roads" (streets, highways, intersections, etc)
– of things in sections "Transport" and "Decoration" with maintenance cost less than 2.00 €/week (railroad tracks, metro tunnels, paths).

The "less than 2.00" part was quickly thrown together. Let me know if that stopps working some day, e.g. when the MagLev and Transwarp Conduit DLC are released. 🙂
