Description:

This is the fifth entry into my Pittsburgh Bungalow series based on housing stock found in and around Pittsburgh, PA. This 5 bedroom, 2 bathroom home comes to you from the Mt. Lebanon suburb, and was built in 1930. Seriously, to build such a monster home out of stone during the Great Depression indicates that the original residents were pretty financially secure. The reference house even has a TWO car integral garage in the basement (which sadly doesn’t translate well into C:S), and sits on a corner lot, which was somehow considered desirable for reasons unknown to me. I mean, I guess if you really want to rub your fancy new house in the face of those waiting in soup lines to survive, that’s the way to do it.

There are no lot variations included, but there are four color variations (the stucco above the front porch) are included for additional variety.

Please give me a "thumbs up" if you enjoy.
