A detailed hotel based on the Hilton Garden Inn by Tomas13TO. All rights and credits for the model belong to Tomas13TO.
It was originally created as a blank building. I added landscaping, parking, a swimming pool and lighting.
Its a Unique Building that attracts tourists and employs cims. You can change it to a "Commercial Tourism" building with Ploppable RICO Revisited.
How to use the asset
- Find It –> "hilton" or "detailed hotel"
- Plop it next to a road on a flat surface
