A detailed hotel, based on the Sheraton Suites Hotel by Tomas13TO. All rights and credits for the model belong to Tomas13TO.
It was originally created as a blank building. I added landscaping, a swimming pool, parking and lighting, and changed the stats so it can be more usable.
Its a Unique Building that attracts tourists and employs cims. You can change it to a "Commercial Tourism" building with Ploppable RICO Revisited.
How to use the asset
- Find It –> "sheraton" or "detailed hotel"
- Plop it next to a road on a flat surface
