A detailed hotel, based on the Altair Bay Harbor Hotel by Tomas13TO. All rights and credits for the model belong to Tomas13TO.
It was originally created as a blank building. I added landscaping, parking and lighting, and changed the stats so it can be more usable.
How to use the hotel
- Find It –> "altair" or "detailed hotel"
- Plop it next to a road on a flat surface
- It requires a very small amount of "Sightseeing" (parks or unique buildings), "Shopping" (commercial) and "Business" (offices). It balances out around 40% popularity.
