REM Sunken Station
The station is largely based on the Ville-de-Mont-Royal Station, as well as the Canora Station up the line. Located in the heart of a railroad town of Mont Royal, the station replaces the former commuter rail stop and features modern amenities including universally accessible platforms with elevators, and enclosed side platforms.
The asset is realistically detailed with interiors, yet well-optimized for the game. It’s highly customizable with multiple submeshes. For a cleaner glassy look, you can remove the exterior vertical slats outside the glass station house by renaming the asset.
The exterior slats and the panels on the station head house are re-colorable. There are 3 vanilla color variations (orange, dark blue, dark teal), you can also use the Paint-it mod.
No additional mods or custom station tracks are needed
16×5 lot size. No noise pollution. Station tracks are roughly 8m below surface.
Known issues: cims will sink down on to the track level as they enter the station, this is due to how the game’s internal pink path is designed – there is no solve as far as I’m aware.
