Shipyard Transporter
As its name implies, a shipyard transporter is often used in transporting ship sections from the workshops to the dock or assembly hall. Multiple transporters can be used together to move entire hulls, or even completed ships.
They are also referred to as Self-Propelled Modular Transporters (SPMT), Self-Propelled Shipyard Transporters (SPST), or Industrial Transport Vehicles (ITV).
They are also used at seaports, heavy equipment production and maintenance facilities, and for wind-turbine projects.
