Westerly Bypass (RI-78)
This highway asset is modeled after the Westerly Bypass (RI-78 and CT-78) which connects US-1 and CT-2 near the southern Connecticut – Rhode Island border. While US-1 and CT-2 do intersect in Connecticut, this highway allows people driving to I-95 from southern Rhode Island to not go through Westerly, the town who’s main street is US-1. It’s configured as a "super-two" highway for almost all of it’s run, which means that it is built to interstate highway standards but is only two lanes wide. In game, the default speed limit is 50mph (80km/h) and the driving lanes are 3.5m wide. While the default configuration looks good, I recommend using the IMT template listed as a dependency to add the outside guardrails on the ground sections of the road, which is how it is configured in real life.
