A 3 unit wide, 4L2W road with narrow parking lanes, medians, and sidewalks. Modeled after sections of Riverside Drive in the Morningside Heights neighborhood of Manhattan. It has a default speed limit of 25 mph (40 km/h), with those speed limit signs being mounted on the traffic light poles. It also has speed limit signs that will change to show 30, 35, and 45 mph, but they are not mounted on the poles.
