Description:

II-57 is one of the standard series of residential buildings.
The construction of houses of the II-57 series began in 1963 and ended in 1970.
This series has become widespread in Moscow and is a typical representative of the second wave of industrialization in construction.

I have already made a 12-storey modification of this series – II-57A/12

The game has a RICO setting – 37 households per section.
The building supports color change – use Repaint to change the main color.
The resolution of textures is 512×512 for the main model; 256×256 for the LOD model.
