Its a ploppable commercial low asset if you use "Ploppable RICO Revisited", otherwise its a unique building.
How to use the asset
- Enable the "Prop Control 1.0" mod, it fixes some of the decals.
- Find It -> "pizza" or "hut"
- Plop it next to a road on a flat surface
- There is another entrance at the back so it would make sense to add a road there.
