Victorian London – L4 Garden
This is the ‘black sheep’ of the collections above.
It is designed to Level Up from the Level 3, 1 tile wide terrace. This allows a realistic, homogenous street of ‘posh’ houses to appear, either level 4 or 5 as the game dictates.
The last thing you want your upper class citizens to find is a lowly upper-middle class hovel between their palaces, eh 😉
