Description:

A fully developed road system (downtown, suburbs, rural area for farms) using the map of Santa Rosa, CA (credit is in the required downloads, but it’s not actually required to be downloaded in order to play this saved game). Very loosely based on the real road system. 25 tiles used & unlocked. The road system was built to take advantage of all 81 tiles if one wished to activate that mod.

Losing significant money each month because of the infrastructure, so need to play with the unlimited money cheat until economy can stabilize.
