This City Clinic is a more a kind of city neighborhood hospital.
In the picture, the ER is on the side. So placing that side roadsided can look great.
It fit’s any midtown area with higher buildings.

TIP:
I use the Building Spawn Points 1,2,3 mod for changing the spawn point and let ambulances arrive at the ambulance entrance at the side of the building.
