– 这个资产原型是位于东京的常盘桥大厦（Tokiwabashi Tower），是东京站附近一座融合了先进办公空间与绿色景观的标志性超高层建筑。
– 完整版为图片所展示的有布置好的植物和摆件的版本，其中的座椅用到了酒店DLC（Hotels & Retreats）的资产，所以需要该DLC才能正常显示；基础版无摆件，但依然保留灯光效果。为了实现图中的夜景效果，需要订阅visibility control或者additive shader。

– 【フルバージョン】は画像通りの植物や装飾が配置されていますが、椅子に「Hotels & Retreats DLC」のアセットを使用しているため、このDLCが必要です。【ベーシック版】は装飾が含まれませんが、夜間の照明効果は維持されています。画像のような夜景効果を再現するには、Visibility Control または Additive Shader へのサブスクライブ（購読）が必要です。

– This asset is modeled after the Tokiwabashi Tower in Tokyo, a landmark skyscraper near Tokyo Station that combines cutting-edge office spaces with lush urban greenery.
– The "Full Version" includes all plants and props shown in the images. Please note that the chairs use assets from the "Hotels & Retreats DLC," so this DLC is required.
