Theme Mixer AidBox

This is not a gameplay tool. This is a troubleshooting companion for Theme Mixer 2 or Theme Mixer 2.5

This tool should only be used after succesfully checking out compatibility issues (broken mods or etc) with the Skyve tool

This tool serves as a troubleshooting aid for the Theme Mixer mod in Cities: Skylines similar to PO’s AidBox.
Specifically towards fixing the mismatch of settings.

Note: The ModException error is often 50% of the time caused by a lack of a pagefile.
Ensure you have a pagefile or reduce your theme count if your RAM is below 8GB.
Refer to this guide to set a pagefile.

Why is this separate?

Didn’t want to overwhelm existing Theme Mixer code structure to avoid messing something else and it’s useful for version 2 aswell.

Overview:

This utility facilitates the reset of critical configuration files within %LocalAppData%Colossal OrderCities_Skylines. It targets the deletion of two key files: ThemeMixerSettings.xml and ThemeMixer.xml, aiding in:

Resolving null references
Rectifying settings mismatch issues

Compatibility:

Compatible with both versions, Theme Mixer 2 and 2.5.

Usage:

Access the options menu to find and activate the "Start Procedure" button. Follow the step-by-step instructions presented in the subsequent popup afterwards for seamless execution.

Important Note:

Prioritize creating a backup of your Theme Mixer data before utilizing this tool to safeguard your graphic settings.
