This pack includes both A30 and A31 tower variations.

Based on the "Svetly Mir ‘Stantsiya L’…" (Bright World ‘Station L’…) residential complex in Moscow’s Lyublino district. It is one of the most notorious "unfinished" projects by the controversial developer Seven Suns. Construction began in 2021 and has yet to be completed; deadlines have been missed repeatedly, and all work on the site has completely stalled since April 2024. The developer’s owner is currently facing criminal charges related to the unfinished project.
