AC54 Unique Building
It doesn’t look like much from the outside, but the Capitol is one of those grand old movie theaters, dating to the late 1950’s. Carefully preserved inside and out in a near-original state, as it was in the days of Charlton Heston and Katharine Hepburn.
In-game it sits on a 3×3 lot and maintains the irregular footprint of the real building; it’s a row house nonetheless and designed to be used with MoveIt! and anarchy mods.
The stats of the default cinema have all been approximately halved on this one.
