It was originally created as a blank building. I added landscaping, parking and lighting, and changed the stats so it can be more usable.
How to use the hotel
- Find It –> "economy" or "motel" or "detailed hotel"
- Plop it next to a road on a flat surface
- It benefits from a small amount of "Sightseeing", "Shopping" and "Business". You can balance it out around 33% popularity.
