PNW 2×0 Com Clippy
This shopfront is commissioned from 220Hertz for my Cannon Cape youtube series.
You can see it featured in the first episode, where I included it as part of a train station.
This shop is a low density commercial building, and functions as one, but visually only exists as a front. You can clip it into most 3 meter tall walls using MoveIt.
Don’t mind the silly names I gave many of these assets. I just needed some way to easily identify them.
