Description:
6,517 Tris / 4.0 MB – Based on original 3D Model: Large Highschool "Lichtenberg" by jens

Description:

This is the ultimate high school for a big city with lots of cash to burn. It has double the capacity and a much higher education level than the default high school. The initial construction cost isn’t very high since it doesn’t occupy much land. The maintenance cost is extremely high, but the school employs a lot of educated workers that will benefit your city in other ways. The school also has a very high radius of influence which will raise land values in your city significantly.

If you don’t subscribe to this collection, it will still work, but there will be a few props/trees missing.
