Description:

The Engineering Building was constructed during the cold war for nuclear weapons research. Now it’s used to train Transportation Engineers due to all the traffic problems in the city. It’s expensive, but provides a high amount of educational benefit to the city and employees a lot of educated workers.

It has a built in bike trail at the front of the building that can be connected to other building in this collection. There is also a built in walk path at the rear of the building.
