Residential Pattern (VFG-D Big)
Description:
Residential street pattern (big version) for good traffic-efficiency and looks. Actually inspired by real world study of residential street pattern design:

Infos:
– Place anywhere you like.
– There is a 5×5 space in the middle of the 4 sections. Place a park to raise land value or zone it.
– You can combine them together infinitely. Delete corresponding outside roads and connect the pattern appropriately.
– Tested on a small city with 7k population. Only used this pattern 4 times and routed the heavy traffic around to the commercial zone.
