UK Building Theme: Detached #1 (Level 1-5)
This is a low residential UK detached house theme.
This theme covers one type of low residential house based on my previously uploaded UK Semi-detached #5 L3 (3×3) v2 asset.
This theme is designed to work in tandem with the UK Building Theme: Semi-detached #2 (L1-5) although it still works on its own.
Please subscribe to all assets in my UK Housing: Detached #1 (Level 1-5) Collection for this theme to work. The plot depth is 2×3 in order to fit with the other semi-detached themes and to allow it to fill out any plots that are only 2 wide.
The asset has versions from level 1 to 5 to allow the district to level up and still remain as one house type. I suggest that the smallest zone size should be a 4×6 to allow for back-to-back spawning which looks more realistic.
Each asset has an lod which includes specularity and illumination. Subscribe to all of the props in Macwelshman’s Asset Props’ collection for the gardens to work properly.
To use this theme you must subscribe to the Building Themes Per District mod
