Did you ever want a nice, flowing neighborhood but didn’t want to take the time to build it? Here’s your chance to get one already for citizens to move in.
NOTES:
* Asset must be plopped on a level surface…as most are
* This was created with stock C:S items (no custom roads, etc.)
* It includes an underground passage North/South and East/West for traffic
* There’s also an underground CCW round-a-bout to help ease traffic
* There’s plenty of access options for you to add-on roads later as needed
* Edit or delete items as you see fit
* Because of the underground cross-roads, it will show up on your screen as Green on White (don’t panic-lol)
