OB’s 3-Level Rotary Interchange by Outbreak42

This three level roundabout interchange has a 3-lane wide roundabout mid-section. Simple, but effective even under somewhat heavy traffic.

The traffic picture shows the interchange handling traffic in a 100k population city.
