I wiped all the vehicule to avoid some kind of bugs in case of you didn’t subscribe to one type of car or truck. Only traffic++ (ghost mod) should be necessary to run the save without bug.
All the other asset/mod are optional. But I advice you to take the assets of power plant and services for a better comfort.
