Park w/ Paths – Industrial Lot
4×3 park that also functions as a path.
A lot with some industrial stuff and parking space.
Does not attract visitors (as you probably don’t want your cims going to your industrial sector in their spare time)
Can connect a pedestrian paths at the back to allow your cims to pass through the park.
Good land value increase (125, same as the default Large Park) and radius (400, same as most default parks).
No visitor attraction value (0/0/0)
Cost: 400$
Maintenance: 4$
