12/24 Hour Clock
A simple time of day clock that is tied to your system time. Click the button and it will toggle between 12-hour and 24-hour display. My attempt was to make this clock appear to be a more natural part of the UI.
I must give credit to http://www.reddit.com/r/CitiesSkylinesModding/, as I would not have figured out much at all without the people there leading the charge.
Update 3/16/16: Should now display properly in 16:10 and 4:3 resolutions!
