This has been a real labour of love but I kept experimenting and this is the result. I’d appreciate ratings and feedback for this, my first model!
Spec is below but I had to turn off tourists garbage etc as I found road access didnt work too well. It does need electricity so the window lights work at night. You’ll find it in the tourism section and use unlockers to place it from the start. It has free placement making it easier to push the walkway into the beach and looks much more realistic if the waters are shallow.
If you have problems getting electricity try underground cable assets
