This building works with all kinds of elevated networks, who are 2 tiles wide (Traintracks, Tramtracks, Streets and so on) This is why its placed in the Park section
Attention, this is a 1×2 overhanging building, keep in mind you need to delete the zoning on overhanging parts.

-ploppable 1×2 overhanging building, placed in the Park section
-custombuilding, model and textures done by myself
-3030 triangles (diffusemap, normalmap, specularmap, illuminationmap 1536×768 each)
-122 triangles LOD (diffusemap, normalmap, specularmap, illuminationmap 256×128 each)
