The basics:

*Low Residential growable
*Level 4
*3×3 lot that will be expanded to 3×4 with a pool if space is available.
*4 color variations

Model:

Main model – 1,537 tris, 1024×1024 textures
LOD model – 87 tris, 128×128 textures
