A modern warehouse on a 9×9 plot. You can find it under Transport->Ship.
The trucks on the picture face the wrong way but I corrected them in the asset.

The model has 100 faces, 260 tris and a 1024×1024 texture (d,n,i). It has a custom lod with 45 faces, 119 tris and a 512×512 texture.
It’s also RICO compatible!
