Ground Level Camera – Broken by Mass Transit, don’t use
Now you can see your Cims eye-to-eye! Based on the first person camera mod by nlight.
The camera hovers just above the ground, at approximately eye level. It can also travel on raised roads, railroads, and pedestrian paths. Steep roads tend to be a bit glitchy, this is mostly the game’s fault.
Hot tab or click the button in upper right corner to enter ground camera mode.
Use WASD to move, and mouse to look around.
Hold shift to move faster.
Z and X zoom the camera.
Hold control to enable the mouse cursor.
Hit tab to return to normal mode.
