Description:

This model is best used with the RICO mod, but can be used as a Unique Building for those without the mod. The IKEA sign prop I created is not actually used in the model, but is listed as a requirement to just to link to it. Use More Beautification Mod http://steamcommunity.com/sharedfiles/filedetails/?id=505480567&searchtext=beautification
(possibly Prop Anarchy too) to place prop in game (or Asset Editor). Thanks to Jim Lahey’s Hilton for the parking garage/drive thru idea.
