4×1 Solar Powered Covered Parking lot!

-DOES NOT PRODUCE POWER AT NIGHT! (Lights turn off as soon as the building stops producing power at night, for some reason the lights wont turn on even if they’re connected to the power grid that is still functioning, I put them (the lights) in, and ive posted on the paradox forums, hopefully the devs see it)

-$7,500 to place

-$15 upkeep costs

-2MW clean power

-11 shaded parking spaces

-2 uneducated workers to clean the panels

-4 bicycle racks
