Casa moderna – 4×4 lvl4 LRes
"Let there be light"…
Here’s an update to an old modern house, the author never updated it but now I did.

Some stats…
This is a level 4 4×4 Low Residential house
The building has 1286 tris (old version was 1468) and 1024*512 textures
I also added a custom LOD (78 tris) with its custom textures (128*)
